These were our pictures from this morning. (Of couse Dillon has to be going to 2nd grade too.) The boys were a lot more confident going today. There was a familiarity that brought comfort I think. Their teacher looped with them from 1st grade which helps. I tried to be an encouraging mom as my babies went off to school. I hate/love that they are getting older. I keep telling them they will always be my babies--Dillon says "I NOT A BABY, I A KID! Overall, it was a successful day. Only 170 some odd days left...

Explanation
I obviously don't know how to comment on pictures correctly. We went to Tony Grove in Logan Canyon last week and camped with Steve's parents and sister. It was a lot of fun hiking around the little lake and hanging out with cousins. The boys even had their first experience in a canoe. Luckily, no one capsized the boat! On the second day, just our little family went to enjoy the blue waters of Bear Lake. We took the boat and had a great time wake-surfing, wake-boarding, and just swimming around. We even turned the music on and had a picnic. One of the pictures is the boys on the back of the boat dancing. You can see they have rhythm... :-)
We had a memorable time and loved being together as a family. School is about to start and the schedule will be up and running so this was our last Hoorah!!

Bootcamp
I was fortunate enough to go away this weekend to a fitness bootcamp in Palm Springs, CA. There were four of us 'spud girls' that went to refill our motivation tanks. One of the girls was actually invited as an instructor for the camp...that's how we got invited to go. It was the most informative, exhausting, inspiring weekends I've ever had. I would highly recommend this experience. We were able to hear from a nutritionist and a success coach that were out of this world!!! (I have websites if anyone is interested.) I'm a little sore, but so movitated to make some changes, it makes the pain worth it. :) Here's just a few pics of the resort and friends. By the way, it was 107 degrees every day we were there! HOT HOT HOT! I was glad to come back to the coolness of Idaho, but I loved the sunshine. I tried to soak up as much Vitamin D as possilbe. I'm so grateful for good friends and a husband that makes dreams like this come true. What a great weekend!
