We went to St. George for spring break and stayed at the most incredible home with Steve's parents. The people that own it have their own landscaping business...and oh my you could tell. There was a pool, putting green, basketball court, a firepit, and gorgeous palm trees! All of us soaked up as much sun as we could before coming back to winter in Idaho. It was a trip we were sad to see end. We had so much fun!! Dillon keeps saying how much he misses "Santa George". We had a chance to go see Brigham Young's winter home and the temple visitors center too. Very interesting and beautiful. We went to Zion's National Park...very cool, ate frozen custard...yum, played cards, and of course golfed. Great family vacation and much needed time away from the everyday routine.

Spring has Sprung!
Cute little Dillon posing.
It was so nice the other day that the boys grabbed their mits and went out for a little father-son bonding. Steve was so good to teach Dillon how to get ready for the ball and how to hold his mit. This will be the first year for D. and t-ball. He's so excited!! I love watching them all play together. Plus I loved seeing some sunshine. Monday, March 15, 2010

Ball Thanksgiving

It was a day full of great food and great company. We had a lot of fun being together and playing. There were even a few that ventured out on Black Friday! Not me though. By the time Sunday came I was ready for a big nap, but instead I caught a quick cat nap after church before making some dinner. I love holidays that bring everybody together. It is memories I loved as a kid-playing with cousins and hearing the aunts and uncles sitting around visiting with a cold Pepsi. My kids are now sharing in those same memories. I love it!!
